The Key to . . . A Spring Break?

It’s a four day week, but it’s a busy week.

• AP Biology Test
• Deadline 6 for Yearbook
• 6-page Beowulf/Grendel paper for AP English
• Take-home Integral/Anti-derivative Test for AP Calc
• Scholarships!!!

And add in work every evening and you’ve got one busy girl!

Can’t wait to kick-back and relax my four day weekend (also known as Spring Break, thanks to my snow!) where I will be working and, of course, doing loads of homework. My friends and I have dubbed it “Homework Break!” Can you tell we’re ready to be done??

The Key to . . . Packing Stress-less-ly

Is there such a thing as packing stress-less-ly?

I don’t believe there is.

Even with days (I’ve been getting ready since Saturday!) of packing, planning, and list-making I’m still cramming things into my suitcase.

And then you have to deal with the carry-on. Which bag to take? Where to keep the money? Is that tube of concealer less then 3 oz.? Do I have my ID?

So many things to do—so little time!

Just have to remember that in less then 5 hours, I’ll be on my way to where the temperatures looks like this:

I just realized I didn't blog yesterday!!!!

Darn me, darn me to heck.

It's finally Thursday! Tomorrow is FBLA regionals (officer inductions!!) and Saturday is the dreaded SATs. Yikes. Nothing has slowed down.

Time seems to speed up as I get older. It's freaky to think that in less then a year I will probably know where I'm going to college and hopefully what I definitely want to do with my life...cause I have NO idea right now.

Watching Grey's, but should probably be studying for the SATs.

I'll write more this weekend.

i wasn't going to write because overall it was a pretty boring day, but i figured, hey i'm on a streak why the heck not?

just got back from babysitting super baby and his big sister. always a blast. i even got a chance to watch american idol for the first time this season....though for some reason i picked the fantabulous micheal jackson night....yeah. adam is my favorite, tied with matt g. and the girl with red hair and the girl in the red dress; yeah didn't get a chance to grab their names :) maybe next week!

my busy day was just that. i feel muyyyyyyyyyyy tired and almost fell asleep in super baby's bed. i'm glad tomorrow should be a pretty light day with my physics qa moved to a day that i won't be there for----awesome!

The Calm Before the Storm

Yesterday in the car on the way to church Mom said something to me about how busy I was this week with a laughing response from me. Who was she kidding? My last two months have been busy. This week was going to be a breeze (mind SATs and FBLA Regionals-but I get out of school for that so it doesn't count) or so I thought.

This morning it all hit me. Today was my calmest day this entire week and that's not saying much. Every thing is going on this week. Tomorrow we have teachers' appreciation lunch for FBLA, an FBLA executive board meeting, and I have to baby-sit....and that's just during the day excluding Physics quarterlies, Spanish quizzes, AND four page History papers. Sure it was all coming but it was like wham in my face all at once...and the rest of the week isn't moving annnnnnyyyy slower.

I'm just waiting for one week to go by with nothing to do........but I'm sure that won't happen. I remember when life was so simple last year. hah. I love being busy though, it keeps me from getting bored. If only it didn't creep up on me so freaking much!

Did my Wii Fit! Actually found that it went by a whole lot faster today and I found myself really enjoying it. Now I just have to cut out the snacks!
