Wordless Wednesday: Potato Soup Kinda Day

Today was a rainboot wearin’, stay in bed, watchin’ movies, makin’ potato soup kinda day!

I can happily say I did all three. (To get the little sister from school; Adventureland; peeled and prepped the potatoes.)

Adele may, or may not, have been on repeat as I peeled the potatoes…there’s just something about her voice! I’m late to the Adele train, but I’m quickly getting caught up. I absolutely adore one of her oldies (Make You Feel My Love) and one of her newbies (Rolling in the Deep)!

How was your Wednesday?? Rainy or sunny?? Loving Adele??

  1. I envy your rain-day! Mine was spent on the roads. In the rain. GAG!

  2. Mine was a rainy, stay-in-pajamas, watch NCIS and read during commercials kinda day. I read _Desires of the Heart_ by Catherine E. Frerichs earlier this afternoon and am just starting _Letters to a Young Poet_ by Rainer Maria Rilke. It's been a good day. :]

I'm not a huge soup person - but that potato soup sounds good!

  3. We had potato soup at school today :) My day was cloudy, misty-but-not-yet-rainy, busy, super study, never gonna be over Wednesday.

    P.S. I love Adele...she's AMAZING!

  4. Yuck! I totally dislike driving the rain. Detest is probably the better word.
