This shall be a short post of miscellany if you will.
1) I’m so very glad it’s Friday. One week back at college has got this girl EXHAUSTED. I cannot wait to sleep in tomorrow. Oh sleep, precious sleep.
2) Meredith and I are shamelessly re-watching both LOST and Gossip Girl in all our spare time. And it has been hysterical x100. I forgot how funny Gossip Girl was at the beginning; drama, drama, drama OH MY! And re-watching LOST, all I can do is shake my head. All the clues, the signs, the parts I want to yell to the characters, “If you only knew!”
3) Did you know that 80% of our actions each day are born out of an emotional reaction? Only 20% of what we do is due to rational thought. Explains a lot, right?? This is just one of the many tidbits of golden knowledge I have mined in my History of Marketing and Advertising class.
4) Tonight EP is hosting a showing of Inception. I’ve never seen it, but I’ve heard lots about it so I’m quite excited to go and see what all the fuss and hubba-baloo is about. Have you seen it? Did you like it?

It was an AWESOME movie. I absolutely loved it. At first I was like, what the heck?? It does make you think---A LOT---and you are constantly on your toes (I actually checked Google afterward because I had a few questions), but it was amazing.
ReplyDeleteI highly recommend it. I also saw that it was nominated for multiple Golden Globes this year (for Best Drama, etc.) so it isn't just me :)
