The Key to . . . The Unliked

For the past few weeks it seems that the majority of those in my circle of friends are super stressed out, extremely touchy, and are taking the smallest of things very personally.

And I don’t know why! I don’t know if it’s the time of year; with graduation open us, final papers and projects due, the unknown of the future…everything coming together so fast.

Whatever the reason, I don’t like it.

I don’t want our last memories of each other before college to be ones of anger and guilt. I want them to be happy and carefree. I mean we’re almost done.

We’re this close to being on our own, without parents, for many of us without each other, and while it’s super scary and strange, it’s exciting! We’re getting ready to become our open people, to fully find ourselves, define ourselves.

So we should be enjoying each other. Instead of standing around and watching as relationships crumble and the bestest of friends begin to become strangers.

  1. It's probably because you're at the end of the road; that's what happened to my friends and I. But it wasn't all bad; we had a lot of fun at each other's grad parties and through the summer and kept pretty well in touch through this past year, which was our first in college. I think you will have happy memories of this time. Just remember to enjoy it! :]

  2. I'm so glad that every thing worked out with you and your friends...the fact that you've kept in touch with them this year is truly encouraging to me :)
I had a really good conversation with three of them last night, and I think every thing is finally starting to come together!! I want this to be the best two months of my life :)
