It’s that time of year again—fundraising time!
This year the other FBLA officers and I decided that we were going to fundraise like crazy to raise money for National’s. With regional’s two weeks away and state’s in April, it’s time for the ideas to start a flowin’.
We’ve already started to get a couple ideas together: a movie night at the Alamo (the money from dinner sales would go to us) and then a small business showcase (the proceeds from selling the tables and food would go to us). We plan to do the movie night in April and the showcase in May. The movie night will be geared towards the Future Warriors at the elementary schools. And the showcase will be for local businesses and craft makers looking to drum up more business.
But I need your help!
If you have any tips on expos (or bazaars for that matter!) or any other fundraising ideas, I would LOVE to hear them!
I know that my fellow competitors will appreciate all your suggestions, too---it’s less of an expense for our parents!
